Assemblywoman Rubio, in an emotional speech, talked about her personal experience as an immigrant child to support AJR 46, introduced by Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez Fletcher and co-authored by all Assembly Democrats. The resolution demands that the Trump administration end its inhumane “Zero Tolerance” immigration and family detention policy. The resolution passed the Assembly 66-0. #familiesbelongtogether
